Q. What should I bring with me to my visit?
A. Patients need to bring their KSU Student ID, health insurance card, and driver’s license to each appointment. First time patients will need to complete the following forms available for download here.
Q. How much does it cost to visit KSU Student Health Services?A. As a KSU Student, office visits are included as part of the Student Health Services fee. Any additional services you receive as a part of your care will be billed to your insurance.

Q. What if I don’t have insurance?A. As a KSU Student, office visits are provided at no charge as part of the Student Health Services fee. Any additional costs associated with your appointment can be discussed with a provider and the provider will work with you to explore self-pay options.
Q. Can health insurance be obtained through Kennesaw State University?A. Yes. Kennesaw State University’s Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) is underwritten by UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company, and is administered by UnitedHealthcare Student Resources. Our plan is in compliance with all current reform requirements mandated by the Affordable Care Act and meets the requirements of the individual mandate that individuals must have health insurance. The health plan selected by the University System of Georgia is the UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus plan. Students wishing to enroll in the plan may do so during open enrollment each semester.
